Participants form a company logo with their positions and movements. The design and group layout are prepared around the supplied logo and attendee numbers.

What the experience involves
The group is briefed and divided into smaller sections. Each section learns how to enter the formation, then the full group comes together to create the logo. Additional movements can animate the final shape. Photography and video capture can be arranged separately.

Event design and coordination, staff, CAD plans and layout design, activity equipment and set-up.
Options & extras
Photography, video recording and venue hire are additional. Coordinated shirts and hats can be arranged.
Planning your event
Provide the logo in advance for a feasibility check. Confirm participant numbers, clothing colours, space and any filming or drone permissions.
