Build a Bike Give a Smile
A shared challenge with a practical contribution
Each team assembles a new bicycle for donation. Participants earn missing parts by solving challenges, then work together with instructions and staff support to complete their bike.

What the experience involves
Each team assembles a new bicycle for donation. Missing parts are earned by solving a sequence of challenges and exchanging completed puzzles at a staff-run shop. Instructions and staff support guide the assembly, followed by a final safety check and a short closing ceremony. The receiving charity and any recipient attendance are agreed during planning.
What’s included
Event design and coordination, facilitators, activity equipment and its transportation, plus one bicycle per team. A final staff safety check is part of the programme.
Options & extras
Venue hire, one banquet table per team and a PA system are excluded. Plan approximately 2-3 square metres per participant.
Planning your event
Confirm bicycle specifications, venue, receiving charity and donation arrangements. Attendance by recipients depends on the agreed programme.
