Problem-solving with a community purpose
Teams solve challenges to earn the parts needed to assemble a new wheelchair. Staff guide the build as colleagues share tasks and work towards a donation to an organisation or person in need.

What the experience involves
Teams assemble a new wheelchair for donation, earning missing parts by completing challenges at a staff-run shop. Each round gives teams another puzzle to solve and another part to collect. Detailed instructions and facilitators support the build. The receiving organisation, specifications and final inspection arrangements are confirmed before the event.
What’s included
Event design and coordination, facilitators, activity equipment and its transportation, plus one wheelchair per team.
Options & extras
Venue hire, one banquet table per team and a PA system are excluded. Allow approximately 2-3 square metres per participant.

Confirm team size, wheelchair specifications, final inspection and the receiving organisation. Venue and set-up requirements depend on the group.
